CCAA试剂盒,Cell Cycle and Apoptosis Analysis Kit,是基于PI染色(Propidium staining)方法进行细胞周期与细胞凋亡分析的试剂盒。

PI (Propidium,碘化丙啶) 是一种可对DNA染色的细胞核染色试剂,在嵌入双链DNA后释放红色荧光,其强度与DNA含量成正比。细胞内的DNA被PI染色后,可以用流式细胞仪对细胞进行DNA含量测定,根据DNA含量的分布情况,进行细胞周期和细胞凋亡分析。

本试剂盒通常用于贴壁或悬浮细胞的周期与凋亡检测。如果用于组织,则需要把组织消化成单细胞状态,再可以进行检测。

主要特点

PI染液即开即用,无需再用缓冲液配制。

PI染液4℃存放,无需解冻,方便随时取用。

不需要提前用RNA酶消化,超快,省时。
