EntransterTM-R4000是英格恩生物(Engreen Biosystem)最新研发合成的针对siRNA、saRNA,microRNA、mimic、inhibitor和shRNA等小核酸的转染试剂。

由于纳米技术的应用,在RNAi中,EntransterTM-R4000能做到高达90%的转染效率和60-90%的沉默效率,对难转染细胞和原代细胞也非常适用。

推荐应用范围

本品推荐用于将siRNA、microRNA(miRNA)、mimic、inhibitor等小片断核酸(1kb以下的RNA或DNA)转染入动物细胞(包括各种细胞系、原代细胞、悬浮细胞、昆虫细胞等)。
