EntransterTM-in vivo是英格恩生物公司(Engreen Biosystem Co,Ltd.)最新研发合成的用于动物体内转染的转染试剂。EntransterTM-in vivo动物体内转染试剂可将DNA转染到动物体内,在动物体内进行蛋白表达实验。

EntransterTM-in vivo试剂不是病毒,改变了病毒转染方法复杂、周期长、不稳定、花费大、安全性等诸多问题。EntransterTM-in vivo转染效率高,方法简单,无需病毒包装,直接将DNA送入目的细胞的细胞核中表达。

EntransterTM-in vivo,非脂质体,采用纳米技术合成,通过保护和浓缩核酸,避免核酸被体液破坏,并通过物理作用将核酸富集在细胞表面,增强核酸进入细胞组织,从而产生作用。EntransterTM-in vivo能耐受体内复杂的环境,不产生免疫反应。
